Full Version: need help compiling on XP sp3 (or jump-starting my brain)

I'm new at messing with compilers, but think I have enough experience to make a go of it. I've followed the wiki directions for getting the dev version/checking out data and compiling on Windows (though I may have missed something).
With code blocks I get as far as this:

The only curl.h I can find is under osx in the source.
Have I made some obvious mistake? I would love to have this work. What other info can I provide to clarify this?
You need to compile cURL by yourself.

Thanks, I'll try that. I tried adding paths in the code blocks search paths, but that got ridiculous. Using Scons gave still different "not found" errors - here's hoping this is it.

Should we bundle the libcurl include folder and dll for windows users?
Yeah, will simplify the development setup.
