I have got Win XP, Sempron 3100+. VDrift version 2006-07-08, If I start track "weekend drive", the screen is white, there are grey boxes instead of trees, just the car is normal and I can drive.
And if I make changes in display setting, the screen is complete white and porgram stops and I've to restart it. Can You help me?
What kind of video card do you have?
I'm pretty sure these missing texture bugs have been fixed. However, when the 2006-10-02 version was released, the Windows build wasn't working (I didn't know at the time...) so our Windows build is a little out of date. Since then, the bugs were found and fixed and the game is working on Windows again. However now we have some new features which are almost, but not quite, ready for prime time...so we don't want to release just a Windows package, because it would probably have some bugs.
Hopefully we'll get a new release out pretty soon. There are a few things to get finished up, but it shouldn't be too long now...
