I'm not sure weather this car is the Ford GT or the GT40 but if it's the ford GT, the gearbox should be this one(I'be just cheacked the new .car in the SVN and it felt strange) :

current G4 specs at the 1967 GT40 MK 4. It had a 4 spd borg-warner

cotharyus: just a note; as you work on setting up these cars, write the exact version you're using down in the about.txt file. It won't be displayed anywhere in the game right now, but it'd be nice to know for future reference.

Is it me or the G4 looks more like the GT than the GT40(or do some GT40 are like actual GT)?

I'm not sure I follow what you're saying. I think if you look at the paint scheme the modeler's intentions are pretty clear - it's certainly a classic color scheme, and not one found on the modern car.

Well the modeller his intentions where to model the new GT40, and a factory model had the Gulf paintscheme
