I saw this post on blenderartists and contacted the author about using the car in Vdrift under GPL. He says it's ok so I got the blend file.

If anyone wants to start working on it I can send the file. Otherwise I'll get it ready myself in a couple weeks when I have the time.

It's definitely a unique one... reminds me of the shape of the TL.
I got permission to put this Enzo in the game too. If anyone has time to start on it please go ahead, otherwise I will in a few weeks

My god, that's a beautiful model! What an amazing looking car. What's the poly count??
With 1 level of subdivision the body is 20000 faces. It's about 4000 with subdivision off but the quality suffers a lot (square gas cap for example).

It shouldn't be hard to reduce to a decent-looking 8000 faces. Are you interested in trying out normal mapping? If someone is willing to try coding it I'll provide the necessary content.

Yeah, definitely! Um, tangent space?
I won't have the opportunity to work on these two models I received for a while. If anyone is interested in preparing them for use in VDrift please go ahead. Both are released under GPL:

Both should be easy to prepare. I recomend applying the subsurf modifier, then using the poly reducer script. It should be easy for the Skdoa. The Enzo has some details that will have to be replaced with textures
