Water
There are parts of the Road Atlanta scenery that should have water on them. I could work it into the texture but I think it might look better if it was another semitransparent texture sitting flat on top of the non-flat terrain. I think the easiest way to add this, would just be to have one tileable texture for water, and a black/white png with black for the sections with water. In the track parameters file there could be a water elevation and that height would be used for all the bodies of water wherever they were on the map.
